Appointment Reminders:

We will try to contact you the day before your appointment by text or email to remind you of the date and time. This is a courtesy service and we expect patients to make a note of dates and times of their appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hour cancellation notice. Should you be unable to contact us please leave a message on our answering machine so that we are aware of the changes to our schedule. 

Failure to Attend Policy:

It is practice policy to charge a $50 per ½ hour fee to patients that fail to attend their appointments.


Our Policy


We pride ourselves on running to time. On the odd occasion due to unforeseen circumstances, we can run behind time. If this happens we will contact you in advance or let you know on arrival the estimated wait time.

Payment:

We require payment on the day of service unless otherwise arranged with your dentist. We accept most major credit cards. Unfortunately due to fees we do not accept American Express Cards.

Appointment times:


We all lead busy lives and understand that our patients can’t always make appointments within normal work hours. For this reason we offer early starts on Wednesdays and late nights on Thursdays, every week!

Can’t make any of these times? Give us a call and talk to one of the team about arranging an appointment outside of these hours-we’re usually more than happy to fit in as best we can!
