Appointment reminders
We will try to contact you the day before your appointment by text or email to remind you of the date and time. This is a courtesy service and we expect patients to make a note of their appointment dates and times.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours cancellation notice. Should you be unable to contact us, please leave a message on our answering machine so that we are aware of the changes to our schedule.
Failure to attend
It is practice policy to charge a $50 per ½ hour fee to patients that fail to attend their appointments.
Running to time
We pride ourselves on running to time. On the odd occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can run behind. If this happens we will contact you in advance or let you know the estimated wait on arrival.
Payment
We require payment on the day of service unless otherwise arranged with your dentist. We accept most major credit and debit cards, and Afterpay so you can spread the cost into four interest-free payments. Unfortunately, due to fees, we do not accept American Express.
Appointment times
We all lead busy lives, so we offer early starts and late appointments during the week. Can't make any of these times? Give us a call and we're usually more than happy to fit in as best we can.
