When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if given) and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to help arrange your care.
We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Your health information
Please don't send detailed health information through the form. Call us instead, and we'll talk it through.
We handle patient health information under the Health Information Privacy Code 2020 and the Privacy Act 2020.
